Purchasing Full Process
Determining the Type of Truck:
Customers specify their desired type, make, model, and any specific features of the truck. This initial step ensures we identify the precise requirements for the purchase.
Price Negotiation:
Once the truck type is specified, we negotiate the price, taking into account factors like quantity discounts, customization costs, shipping fees, and other relevant expenses.
Signing the Foreign Trade Contract:
After agreeing on the price, a foreign trade contract is drafted, detailing the purchase terms, truck specifications, pricing, payment terms, delivery schedule, and applicable warranties or guarantees.
Payment of Deposit:
The customer pays a deposit (typically 30% or as agreed) upon contract signing to secure the order and initiate the production or procurement process.
Preparing the Required Model:
With the deposit received, we prepare the truck model based on the specified customer preferences, including any customizations.
Handling Export Formalities:
Our team manages all necessary export formalities and documentation for shipping the truck from China to the customer’s destination.
Shipping to Port of Shipment:
After completing export formalities, the truck is transported to the designated port, ensuring proper packaging and handling during transit.
Payment of Balance:
The customer pays the remaining balance (70% or as per contract) when the truck reaches the destination port, prior to receiving the necessary documents and licenses.
After-Sales Support:
Should any operational issues arise post-sale, we provide specialized assistance, technical support, and facilitate the procurement of necessary parts or accessories.
Shipping Assistance:
We assist with shipping any additional parts or accessories from China needed for the truck's operation or maintenance.
Throughout the purchasing process, we emphasize clear communication and transparency to ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
